You play as a Crewmate completing missions, or an Impostor secretly sabotaging and eliminating others without revealing your identity. Each game is a tense battle of wits: observing behavior, debating in emergency meetings, and making life-or-death decisions. Playing alone or with friends in a private room is fun and dramatic. Simple to start, but extremely difficult to "act" perfectly.
